Event day steps.

Step 1

The customer can show the QR code from their email or My Tickets page.

Step 2

Use the scanner where possible. If the QR code cannot be scanned, search by ticket or booking details if your plugin supports it.

Step 3

Check the event, attendee details, ticket type, and any add-ons before confirming entry.

Staff note

The scanner may ask for camera permission. This usually works best on a mobile device with a good signal and a clean camera lens.

Event support

Use the scanner to confirm tickets quickly. If there is a problem, move the guest to a support area so the main entry queue can keep flowing.
